Hernan has more than 20 years’ experience within the insurance and retirement sector across Latin America. His first role was in sales, recruitment and management of advisors when he developed specialist training programs focused on the quality recruitment of advisors. Over the years Hernan has become a published research specialist today. He has conducted several major research studies in more than 15 markets into consumer purchasing preferences of insurance, retirement risks and trends and the first international ethnographic study on micro-insurance, financial education and distribution development covering Asia and Latin America. Practical findings from these important studies provide valuable market insights to executives across the insurance and financial services industry.
